Engr. Webb has experience in all areas of environmental science, including: permitting, design, review, construction, and operation. He has spent more than 30 years managing projects relating to Solid Waste Disposal, Incineration of Hazardous Materials, Wastewater Disposal, Petrochemicals, Air Dispersion Modeling, Risk Assessment, Compliance Audits, Worker Safety, Petroleum Production and Refining, Power Generation, Coal Liquefaction, Oil Shale Development, and Geothermal Development. He has a solid, hands-on knowledge of process design and control. Field assignments have included work with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), US Department of Energy (DOE), US Department of Defense (DOD), US Department of the Air Force (USAF), the American Petroleum Institute (API), and many petroleum and petrochemical companies. He designed the first FEMP in California in 1985 for ARCO Oil & Gas Company. He has installed FEMP in numerous locations in the US and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
